These terms apply to purchases made through solerio.gr. Please read them before placing an order. Placing an order means that you accept them.
1. Who we are
solerio.gr is the online shop of the sole proprietorship of Myrophora Triantafyllidou, trading as Solerio, Mitropoleos 90, 54622 Thessaloniki, Greece, VAT No. 037703721.

2. Products and prices
- We describe our products and their main characteristics as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. The delivery cost, if any, is shown at checkout before you place your order (see Shipping).
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before processing the order, and you can confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
3. Orders
- After you place an order, you receive an e-mail confirming that we have received it.
- If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then choose another product or cancel that part of the order, at no cost.
- Orders can be placed in Greek or English.
4. Payment
You pay in cash on delivery (to the courier) or when you pick up your order from our store. A receipt is issued for every sale.

6. Right of withdrawal, exchanges and returns
You can withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How to exchange or return an item, and how refunds work, is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Legal guarantee
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Greek consumer law: if a product is faulty or does not match its description, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, or to a price reduction or a refund, for two years from delivery. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.
8. Liability
We are liable in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for interruptions or problems of the website that are caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as failures of telecommunication networks, or by the equipment or software you use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
9. Intellectual property
The content of solerio.gr (texts, photographs, images, logos and design) belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by Greek, EU and international law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
10. Use of the website
You agree not to use the website in a way that is unlawful, that harms other people, or that interferes with the operation or security of the website (for example by sending spam or malicious software, or by attempting unauthorised access).

12. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] or +30 2310 284542 and we will do our best to resolve it. You can also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent authority for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of Thessaloniki, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers, including your right to bring proceedings where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published on the website when you placed it.
