Return Policy
Our shop accepts exchanges and returns. Different rules apply for purchases completed through the online or the physical store.
We remain at your disposal even after the purchase either because the item is not the right size or because it is not what you wanted.
Please return the item unused, with its labels attached and, if possible, in its original packaging, together with the purchase document. You are only responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling it beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit.
Online purchases can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days from the day you receive them. Purchases from our physical store can be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the purchase.
To return an item, let us know by e-mail at [email protected] or by phone at +30 2310 284542, and we will send you the shipping details. The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer. Parcels sent at solerio.gr’s expense without prior agreement will not be accepted.

- Exchange of the item purchased in our shop in Mitropoleos 90, Thessaloniki
- Return of the item purchased with refund (only applicable for online purchases)
Exchange of the item purchased from your place via Geniki Taxydromiki
- Contact us by phone or email to let us know about the exchange.
- Call Geniki Taxydromiki to collect the item purchased or drop it in one shop of Geniki Taxydromiki network. Shipping information: Solerio (Triantafyllidou Myrophora), Mitropoleos 90, Thessaloniki, 54622. Phone: +30 2310 284542. Upon parcel delivery, you will inform the courier that the shipment is at the recipient’s expense and you will give him the customer code already provided. Upon return, the recipient will be charged for all shipping costs regarding return and re-dispatch. The cost is usually 7 euros for packages up to 2 kg. Please keep the voucher until we receive the parcel.
- We will make the new shipment within 3 working days from the receipt of the item and you will receive an update with the shipment number of the parcel.

- Visit our shop bringing the item purchased and the purchase document to help you with the exchange.
Refund
- Contact us by phone or email to let us know about the return.

- We will refund the price of the items together with the original standard delivery charge you paid, within 3 working days of receiving the item back and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you told us about the return. The refund is made with the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. The cost of the return shipment is paid by you and is deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are available only for online purchases. Purchases through the physical store can be exchanged as per the above rules.
